Bedding Information: 

           Bedroom #1 contains 1 king bed and 1 set of bunk beds.

           Bedroom #2 contains 2 queen beds.

Rates:

 All fees are based on parties of 8 or less. 

Confirmation - A detailed copy of your reservation will be mailed to your registered address via U. S. Mail within four to five business days of your reservation. It will include all needed payment instructions along with your arrival and departure information. Please contact us if you do not receive a confirmation via U.S. Mail service. It is your proof of reservation.

Security deposit - A $500 security deposit is due within 7 days of the reservation request (current season), or first day of the season (example: June 03, July 01 or August 26).  Personal checks are accepted for the $500 deposit only.  Deposit is separate from the rental amount and is fully refundable (returned within 10 days of check-out) if unit is undamaged, cleaning time is reasonable (five hours or less), and if reservation is not cancelled within 90 days of arrival.

An average cleaning time for a party of six is 4 hours.  We provide 5 hours of cleaning.  Cleaning charges exceeding 5 hours will be deducted from your security deposit and the remainder of your deposit returned to you within 10 days of departure.

Welcome Packet - A welcome packet will be mailed to your registered address upon receipt of your security deposit.  We hope you find this packet of information helpful as you plan and prepare for your vacation at Great Sand Bay Estate.

Final payment - Cashiers/Registered Check or a Money Order is required for your final payment.  Final payment is due 10 days prior to your arrival.

Cancellations and Refunds - Cancellations made at least 90 days prior to arrival will result in a full refund.  There is no refund if cancellation is made less than 90 days prior to arrival.
